Exploring Nature Park

Service Description

This day group activity aims to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the stunning Nature Park Gantrisch and its marvellous alpine surroundings. We will do a 3 hour easy-to-moderate round tour and at the lake shore you will get a thorough introduction into the basics of cold exposure. Depending on the conditions, we will do a plunge, a barefoot walk in the snow or a hike in T-shirts, so you can fully experience the healing power of this amazing technique. This will be the time to re-connect with nature, to immerse in its tranquillity and to share the joyful experience with like-minded people.​
