My journey into the world of extreme temperatures and breathwork started in 2017, when I got inspired by the great man of this era - Wim Hof. He motivated me to do things I could never imagine I am able to do and to become someone I could never imagine to be... At the time I was working as a research scientist at Zurich University Hospital, conducting a biomedical research in the area of Hepatology and Gastroenterology. Regular cold exposure and ice bathing experience has changed my life, my perception of this world and my mission in it. What was once a dream to develop therapeutic cures for all diseases evolved into a passion for bridging science and nature. My focus shifted to integrating preventive approaches - easily accessible, completely free, and grounded in science - into people's lives to strengthen health and overall well-being. Thanks to Dr. Susanna Søberg and the Søberg Institute (Copenhagen, Denmark), where I was fortunate to gain certification, this vision has become a reality.

The main goal of my trainings is to provide you with the latest research data and scientific explanations on how we can reclaim control over our physical and mental health through the healing power of nature. We will dive deep into each of the transformative practices and you will fully experience how these truly magical techniques slowly awaken your senses and rejuvenate your spirit, your body and mind.
