1. Cancellation Rights

• Participants may cancel their session(s) without providing a reason.

• Notice Requirement: Minimum 48 hours notice is required for cancellations to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made within 14 days of booking and at least 48 hours before the session.

• Partial Refund: For multi-session packages, the balance of unused sessions will be refunded upon request.

• No Refund:

  • Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Sessions already attended.

3. Rescheduling

• Participants may reschedule sessions by providing 48 hours notice.

4. Process for Cancellations & Refunds

• To Cancel:

  • Use the cancellation feature on the website.

  • Email or call with a clear statement of cancellation.

• Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

• Medical Emergencies: Participants may request a refund or reschedule without penalty with valid medical documentation.

• Provider Cancellation: If Arctic Alchemy cancels a session, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed Sessions: No refunds for sessions already attended.

• Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
