Alpine Resilience Walk
Let's enjoy a winter hike in just a T-shirt!
Service Description
This day group activity invites you to discover the breathtaking beauty of Gantrisch Nature Park and its magnificent alpine surroundings. We will embark on an easy-to-moderate 2-hour round snowshoeing tour, enjoying forest paths, mountain views, and the serene charm of Gantrischseeli. At the lakeshore, you’ll receive a clear and practical introduction to the basics of cold exposure - how it works, how to prepare, and how to stay safe. Then comes the highlight: together we’ll take off our jackets and put theory into practice. Walking calmly in just a T-shirt, you’ll allow your skin to breathe and your body to awaken to the refreshing power of the cold. For those who feel adventurous, there will also be the option to try barefoot walking in the snow - a playful step deeper into the experience. This is your chance to reconnect with nature, embrace stillness and fresh mountain air, and share a joyful, strengthening practice with like-minded people. The program includes an introduction to the science and safety of cold air exposure, group Q&A, and guided practice in a supportive and motivating environment. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body’s ability to adapt and a sense of calm strength carried from the mountains into daily life. ⏱ Duration: approx. 3 hours ⚠️ Note: This is an educational event, not a medical or therapeutic service. Participation is at your own risk. You should be in good general health with no contraindications for cold exposure.
