If you’ve ever taken a dip in freezing water, you know the feeling: your body reacts with shock, your mind screams for warmth, and the cold grips you like a vice. But here’s the kicker: I actually prefer those freezing temperatures! In my own personal experience - icy water feels easier than anything warmer. I know that might sound crazy. How could freezing cold feel easier than something, well, just mildly chilly? It’s one of those things that’s hard to explain unless you’ve felt it for yourself. So let me walk you through it.
